*Percentage based off of a comparison of the publicly released Advancement List for Cycle 259 (Active Duty E4-E6) for personnel advanced to PO1 in June 2023. Names, status, rate, rating from the Advancement List, and self-reported advancements (customer direct communications of advancement, self-identifying by their new rank in written communications, Profile Sheet data indicating they were promoted, and changing their account settings to study for the next higher rank) were compared to Bluejacketeer's paid customer database during the October 3rd, 2022, through April 30, 2023, period. The following ratings were used to determine the overall percentages claimed: AO, AZ, BM, BU, CE, CM, CS, EA, EO, HM, LN, LS, MA, PS, RP, SW, UT, and YN.
